Wizards "can" but there is an spell LoS issue on emu. So unless your kiting on even ground its going to miss. I'd say just go mage and let your pet tank. Best dps in groups, solo really well, farm plat/gear for twinks, bind/gate spells for going back to your bind point after a long night of grinding, what more could you ask for?
