If it takes 3 xp deaths (being snared while kiting Quillmane to Mage from stealing it back from a bard) from 2 kids who obviously can't play EQ, that's what it's gonna take to obtain that Peg cloak.
Ask any swarm kiting bard who gets snared by big salty.
