yeah I'd just like to know what the differences are, not stumble upon them + regret how I spent my starting stats.

Dex has zero impact on your chance to hit. Zero. This fact has proven again and again by parses on Steelwarriors (the main warrior msg board) and other boards. It's a dead issue. What you subjectively thought you saw as your battle spam streamed by doesn't really matter. You have to parse it and people have, many, many times. The effects of dex are known.
