Nice. That definitely proves classic summoning of non named npcs in fearplane.
Perhaps only certain npcs could spawn as > lvl 50.
Or, the % of spawns > lvl 50 were very rare.
Or.. certain fearplane npcs were designed not to summon, regardless of their level.
