If you went there at 5 and got a bind in north qeynos away from guards it could be done, would take tons of gnolls but maybe by lvl 10 youd be dubious and able to hand in the metric fuckton of teeth you would have amassed. Theres not much vendor junk off them so as long as someone could buy food water for you youd be fine. Just watch out for holly bitchstalker and whatever wandering guards in Qhills
