In my last reply to this I mentioned agro is a little high. I might have to change that to, sometimes very high.
Was in a full grp last night in UGuk. Using Ench nuke "Sanity Warp" on a mob that I hadnt mezzed or cast anything on. Mob was being tanked by a pally, with a monk doing some nice dps. I waited for 50% and cast, got agro. Another mob, waited to 25-30% before cast, got agro. I put the nuke away and reloaded haste instead to indirectly do dmg.
If it's the mob or the spell that was pulling the agro is hard to say.
