Im pre-empting this post because I haven't finished the quest yet, but Im going off what I remember seeing the item look like on blue.
Back in the Day, the wee harvest, as opposed to the Belt of the River, did NOT have charges. It was infinite charges of summon food, which was the best part. I thought it could be cast over and over in the same zone as I have memories of a druid friend using this thing to summon me stacks of bread, but this SS from EQ druid says it was only castable once per zone, either way still infinite.
