Well that would be a base resist disease of 65, for those that hold the dagger.
With most of the server having them though, think of it as helping to bring pvp "balance" to the overpowered shaman and necros of the world

Hmm these thex daggers + the very easy noob quested butcher mitts (or whatever they are, that give +25 to dr/pr) , a lot of combos are gonna be running around with 90 disease resists at level 5 heh.
