How does this in anyway address the item being iks or all races? The item wasn't changed to all races til after luclin. As far as I know the Greenmist was implemented with all races usable and it wasn't until then that the others were changed to all races. And Greenmist won't exist on this server.

you started well with your first post, but greenmist will be implemented in velious. It's documented somewhere on these boards, look it up.
