Just because the guy was scum/retarded doesn't make the small-man-syndrome suffering cop a better person.
The incident is unfortunate, but there is no excuse for the guy's standoff. The lesson should be - expect cops to shoot you if you tell them you have a gun, whether or not its a shoe, and especially if you're black
The cops looked like a quad kiter on double xp weekend, but, it was only single xp weekend, obviously, based on the judges' ruling to reward money for overkill.
