That's mainly what I was afraid of. When the majority of the low level population is twinks and powerlevelees I doubt any of them will want some scrub rogue packing around newbie Daggers or an Enchanter with npc cloth. Of course I could just be pessimistic and all, but as a pessimist you're either always right or pleasantly surprised.
