I'd go 5/55 rings instead of Moonstone. 110 HP is way more valuable than 60 more mana. You won't always have a HP buff, and staying alive is important. Doesn't matter if you finish a kill with 30m left or 20m left. Still takes just as long to med back to full.
Also look into the 25mana/25hp necklace or the 7str/7int necklace.
