Insane amount of fizzles
I've been noticing a ridiculous amount of fizzles on my 54 cleric. I have all my skills and specialisations maxed, and on low level spells espeically (1, 5, 9) I fizzle one out of every 5 or 6 casts. I don't remember the fizzle checks being this out of whack even a couple of months ago. Is anyone else experiencing this?
