Comparing 4 years to 2 years. How much higher will it rise really though? Probably alot more with the 2012 around the corner if you know what i mean. I mean check out 2010-2011 with all the shit happening everywhere, and just in US alone; had tornado swarms, cat5 cyclones and other stuff i probably missed. Added in the fact with the financial break down (people losing there houses, highest then normal unemployment, US dollar going down, massive unnecessary spending) and almost defaulting, oversea military expeditions iraq/syria/afgen/(china/iran soon), can just leave it with, USA going boom.
