Depends on how hard people are trying to grief people off the server I guess.
You know, I do remember being told I couldn't come bother someone for a while after I killed/made them plug a few times on my
rogue twink. I was told something to the effect of "I've seen you attack so and so 'X' times in the past few hours". So I stopped, no warning or anything.
PS: couldn't imagine playing that character with no item loot lol.
