It sounds like since there is not a list of allowed/banned programs beyond the obvious ones like MQ2 / ShowEQ, that if you were to use AutoHotkey or whatever that person was talking about, and a GM found it to be against rules, that you would get off with a warning, since there was no actual rule in place. Correct?
