You have to request permission to have 2 clients behind the same router online at once. I believe you have to write Nilbog a PM explaining your situation.
This is not a bug, this is to prevent people from controlling 2 characters at the same time. If you do get permission, you will be watched and if you are caught abusing your exception, action will be taken.
