I feel like I can identify with what Rogean is probably feeling right now. I work in management and everyday I have problems that mirror the crap that goes on here and in game. Anyone who has ever worked in a restaurant dreads when a piece of equipment breaks or the power goes out in the store. All you are thinking about is getting it up and running so that your employees can do their job and your customers don't experience unsatisfactory service or even have a clue what is going on. The minute an employee comes to you and starts complaining about another employee you want to just slap the person in the face. Why? Because most of the time what they are crying about is something that is so pointless in the grand scheme of what's going on. You guys have to realize how much crap the devs have to deal with on this server. I'm sure right now they're wondering why they even do this shit for free. If you think for one minute about all the work they put in and how much sleep they're losing over it you'll probably realize how unimportant it is to them that your internet ego was tarnished by what someone said on these forums. I'm not trying to go on a rant even though I already have but I just really want everyone to take a deep breath, relax, and maybe send Rogean an email saying "Thank you for all you've done," instead of trying to moderate everything you see as "unfair" or "wrong."
