What weapons maximize ranger dps as you level?

These are my current assumptions but looking for any info from folks with better data or corrections to my reasoning.

1-10: best ratio with 10 or less damage (Jade Mace, Lupine Dagger)
10-16: best ratio with 15 or less damage (Silver Swiftblade)
17-20: you can now dual wield with low skill and have capped damage (Silver Swiftblade)
20-40: damage cap is gone dual wield still not consistent (Woodsman's Staff)
40+: no clue - does ratio of Woodsman's Staff keep pace or is it time to swap to dual wielding .5 ratio weapons (Jade Mace, Lupine Dagger, Guard Captain's Mallet, Green Jade Axe, etc)?
