My character (level 10 Troll Warrior) Was knocked Unconcious even though I had 16 hp left. I know trolls regen, but a level 10 troll wouldn't regenerate that much hp, and even then characters with regen usually stand back up if knocked unconcious then get their HP back.
Items of note that could have affected this.
2 +55hp rings, +5 hp necklace
