The 4th. Delaying the launch so people can get time off work is sort of ridiculous. The people who would actually get time off work for that as well really aren't the people I'd like to see with some huge EXP headstart on everyone either.
Edit: Also agree with previous posts, anyone who wants to play EQ PVP already knows about the pending launch of this server anyways. Even most of my RL friends that have no interest in playing EQ again have heard about it.
