If you could post some type of exp quotes, I'll try and fix it.
Preferably something like: "This quest gave me 1 yellow bubble at level 9. I am an ogre shaman."
There are quite a few low level quests not awarding the proper exp. To get accurate information, we need some type of research or evidence. I don't have the time to sort through all the quests myself.
