Also, the spectres move at regular mob move speed. They should be considerably slower, but I don't know the exact numbers.
Also, on a lvl 60 character, I walked right up to a spectre and it didn't attack me. These would aggro you like skeletons or other undead if you got too close.

Back on live if I was lvl 34 or so, and I pulled one spectre in oasis, more than one came. I can currently single pull them which should not be the case.
