Rogean I know this isn't an issue at the moment. But please think about adding FFA zones. Especially when Kunark drops. 60's not being able to stop 50's from raiding in planes is retarded. Also Dragons like Naggy and Vox shouldn't be limited to level 53. They should be opened to 60 and if possible buffed at that time to make them even harder to kill.
This prevents a lot of nonsense that you won't end up having to deal with.

For starters, it will be 1-50 for a while. Secondly. If you are going to stay level 50-51 during Kunark to avoid pvp so you can raid, you are pussy little bitch, and are going to need a lot more bodies than the level 60 raiders (which won't happen). Just saying. It's a shitty hypothetical scenario.
