I'm not the best at doing that kind of research, but if the book:
"Secrets of the White Rose" is on the vendor (as it is) the book lists how to use the Gelsemium Root and Gelsemium Petals - no clue how to look and see if and when they were added but they are components in tier II and tier III poisons if that helps any.
Might help if we know when tier II and IV poisons were implemented but as I recall they were discovered not implemented.
