Shaman or Enchanter fills all three of those requirements best.
Enchanters can solo with charm, and are great for groups because of CC and when you are playing a enchanter there is never a dull moment.
Shaman are powerful soloers with their DOts DDs (pet eventually) and great for groups because of slow buffs and healing.
