Why would you leave your instance? You'll be at the same place for days until you out level it and then you hoop to the next dungeon. I really don't see any issue. At level 50 you'll have any even easier time. You'll be unkillable as a Monk unless you run around outdoors all solo doing stupid shit. No matter how many people chase you inside a dungeon you'll be able to FD past any mob so no one can chase you. Can also log out deep inside dungeons anywhere you like with /q while being FD.
If you don't have friends then join a big guild like Fish Bait and you'll have people to dungeon with anytime. Easypeaczy
