Shadow was good in the early game because of Throw, but in this hack you won't really have the money for Shurikens. I didn't really care for him in World of Ruin because his gear selection was meh. But in this hack his Evade is pretty super + Interceptor triggers a ton.
At least Gau is still a beast, he totally carried me through the insane Dadaluma fight. I have a feeling Zozo is the first place people will give up
