Edit: There's a real life variant called peasant I believe, but I think that allows like 5 uncommons. It feels less structured overall. |
A friend and I did that a few times. Didn't feel like making real decks so we just pulled out the common box, took a handful, and made a deck. Was more fun than sitting there in a tournament agitated because you couldn't find someone to trade you that last Blinding Angel you needed to make your deck complete.
