A player's time is at a premium. Being chumped into traveling, paying for a port, or taking the boat and running is not something that should be taken lightly. It's difficult enough to get time to play and this game does take time to get places. Someone who takes pleasure in burning others time does go against the server rules. He should be banned if that is what his intent is. Other people who are just rude by nature may not have their entire intent slated to screw people over.
