Kerran Doll
Killing Lomarc in South Qeynos results in a Kerran Doll which is to be turned into Renux Harkanor in the North Qeynos Rogue Guild for faction and money.
Turning in the Kerran Doll resulted in nothing. I was indifferent, but I don't think this quest was strict on faction on live due to it being primarily for faction.
