gate too unstable
I noticed when I had a gate collapse on me, it "interupted" the casting and I was then able to try casting Gate imedatily.
I belive what should be happening is the Gate must go through its recast timer before a new gate can be attempted.
The gate actually gets casted , but collapses after the fact. Mana needs to be used and recast timer waited out.
