Mana Regen Bugged
When I get really low mana, for example 0 - 1%, it gets stuck and doesn't regenerate.
It ticks like it is GOING to regen, but then goes right back to where it was.
For example, I just cast my pet spell leaving me with 5 mana left. It would tick up to 13 mana, but go back to 5. It did this for about 2 minutes until it started actually regenerating.
