i think severely limited itemloot could still be fun. if no-drop, lore, magic items were all non lootable it would still leave some nice things to loot every once in awhile.

besides batwings, food and bandages, and bone chips/malachite, this includes diamonds and many player made items such as shaman potions.

or maybe even just "stackable" items (like food, bone chips, etc) lootable
