Rangers, Shamans, Enchanters and I think that other classes get a "push away + memblur" AA.

Yep, Mages have a mez/memblur, too. It's actually a giant fire elemental that melees the mob and then pops a AoE mez/blur. Second rank of the ability will mez/blur two mobs. F'ing lifesaver, as being jumped by a mob that quads me for 6k a hit is no fun at all
