I'm pretty sure this isn't a classic forage item. Checked out what it was for and all of the
recipes on EQ Traders (the ice creams) are from Omens (cross referenced with Zam).
Its also used for Rogue Epic 1.5, so I'm guessing this isn't supposed to be forageable for us.
