I managed 1-12 very easily just in Toxxulia. At 11, giant snakes are all light blues, but I was a magician and I didn't have the money for a lot of important spells I needed to be able to kill the wisps at Erud's crossing. The biggest spiders and beetles were anywhere from blue to yellow. I pretty much wandered around southern tox killing these things and and greens I found in order to raise money for spells. At 12, I had enough for lvl12 pet+lvl8 nuke and went to Erud's crossing and did the wisps and made about 200pp from 12-16 using the North Karana GLS quest.
Giant snakes are not massive undercons at 6-7 lol. At those levels you can even still get experience from Skeletons, which drop excellent loots.
