It's not just healing though, it's not about noobs learning not to heal oor people. You attack a guy 8 levels higher than you who's in your range and an already up hill struggle, and now you can be shit on by a guy 8 levels above him. I get the point of the system but I just don't know if it's the best way, I'll think more about it I can understand Rogeans points just seems to have some nasty side effects.
