There are better ways to fix the hoop than nerfing necros IMO.
I have never clicked a hoop or played a necro on this server.

idk, the change they made to necro's is supposedly classic, yet it still seems like dragons have crazy resists or something.
all i know, very very few necro taps land on any raid target. Pretty sad when draco resists your taps lol.
