learn to solo and go to guk. you can charm or use your animation, whatever. cut your teeth on lulling and mezzing while you're young and death is meaningless. the zem is awesome. mobs start at level 10 near the entrance and progress gradually to about lvl 30 as you go farther in. the loot is pretty good for your level, not like GLS from wisps or LFay bandits but you will make enough money for spells and then some. be sure to buy illusion:dark elf if you're not already the master race so you can trade and bank in grobb. you will get small groups there occasionally but you will have to be able to solo because you won't always have a group especially at that level.
unrest is generally overcrowded, oasis sucks
