Upon attempting to finish the quest "Bard Test of the Wind" for the Fae Amulet, both Denise Songweaver and Clarisa Spiritsong give the same set of tests (pitch, voice, or tone). Therefore, neither are giving the test of wind, brass, or harmony.

Adding, because I think this is a related issue in that one NPC might be giving the newer version quests and one is giving the older version quests...(even though theres two bugs squashed into one here, let me know if you want me to write this as a separate bug)
Another bard in my guild got "Songweaver's Mantle"

as a reward for completing the test of voice.
However, I got the "Mantle of the Songweaver".

According to the comments it may have unlimited charges with the stats of "Songweaver's Mantle" but eventually was changed to "Mantle of the Songweaver" with 5 charges. The pic on allakhazam does not show charges for the older edition of it (however, this may just be because the older client might have not shown charges in general). This seems to be a mask of deception/guise of deceiver style nerf that happened later if this is the case. As of now, it should be "Songwaver's Mantle". Although, some of the comments suggest that it was charged without a counter. I don't know which is supposed to be correct to be honest. Was it just buffed? Or was it nerfed from being unlimited charges but buffed in stats to make up for it?
I turned in the quest via Denise, meanwhile he turned it in using Clarisa.
