You were just out geared and XP'd. on top of that take into consideration; its understandable you didn't want to grind more into your character. Every time a new expansion came out I was like WTF I just barely got half way into this one... because of this....
at first they were only releasing one expansion a year. then they started releasing two expansions. exhausting many players...but there was soooo much PVP and so many options whatever you just didn't like it anymore cool story.
if you didn't want to compete high end you could stay 5 levels below and do low end PVP, twink PVP, w/e. but to stay formidable in high-end PVP you HAD to raid period. And I don't think Grappa raided anything in PoP. just saw u chillin around xping here and there.
