Yeah, this will really ruin the bank ganking aspect of a PvP server. Everyone will just have level 1 bank alts.

Bank ganking always happened to anyone that was level 6+ on live
well, not
always. but it did happen quite frequently
on VZ there was alot of traders standing around and inside the bank that were under pvp level
it was an awesome place to pick up dropped bags
