If I recall correctly, CoH didn't wipe aggro unless there was a significative distance between the magician casting the spell and the person being CoHed. I recall it being around 200-300 range.

I say that because we used to CoH our Warlords on AoW tanking rotation during Luclin so that the warlord going out didn't have to take a death. The first few times, he was getting summoned right back by AoW until we figured out that CoH didn't wipe aggro unless you were at a certain distance.

I will try to find evidence supporting this, if needed, when I have some more time.
