Personally I think they should test for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine when you apply for welfare, and every month when you get your check. They should also require all women on welfare to be on gubment supplied birth control, the shot not the pill, and you should get it every 3rd welfare check. Is that gonna happen? Fuck no.
