Reason: spamming /ooc channel, repeated use of the word "******" in public channels, repeatedly bind rushing in butcher block mtns, find players kiting mobs then griefing those players by dispelling those mobs so the mobs xp kill the player that was kiting them. and that was just yesterday, btw.
