Fun trick for enchanters:
Weakness and Incapacitate stack, and if you can land a mez on someone (which isn't too hard with tash), you can land both of these as well. That's -120 strength, enough to snare and probably also completely root anyone except planar-geared ogres and trolls. Essentially makes it a like 5-minute root that doesn't break on nukes. It's insane.

Shamans get a similar tactic. It's an easy way to find out the players that are cheating/offsetting their runspeed.
