Plenty of groups at lower levels in all the usual places (Crushbone, EC, Unrest, Guk), even Befallen. Using the LFG tag (which ofc we didn't have back in the day!) is very helpful and people are pretty good about traveling if it will get them into a decent group. I strongly recommend that you give it a shot
