Anyways, Themida is the program used to protect and encrypt the file so that it can't be edited, hacked, or modified. If your antivirus is flagging it, it is because it by default flags any file it finds packed using Themida, and flagging all of them even though maybe 1% of them might be a virus.
None of the other anti viruses do this obviously because they understand that you can't discriminate a file based on the application that built it instead of what it actually does.
