Ugly characters? I hate some of the human model faces. The porno stache dude rules but the ginger dude? The hell were they thinkin? No one likes gingers. As far as full models there's the obvious female ogre. That model looks like the least amount of time was put into modeling it. I also dislike Erudites because even the plate wearers sometimes look like they're wearing cloth/leather.
Good looking characters? Porno stache human in any armor. Male dwarves pretty much rule. I also have a thing for the male troll model. Even though they are feared by most they just seem so jolly and carefree. The ass scratch animation just adds to it.
